The stabilizer/stand-offs saves your walls, eaves and gutters from damage.
The jacks and 14' plank makes work easier for painting, repair or construction.
I am the original owner and only used them a few times for my personal property repairs, never used commercially.
In the picture, I have them set up at 12' with the stand-off protecting the stucco and the plank is set here on the 5th ladder rung. The plank can be set up either inside or outside of the ladder and of course the jacks have adjustable angles.
